ProLease is pleased to announce that as of today, our Workplace (CAFM) and Maintenance (CMMS) modules will offer clients our newest and most intuitive user interface yet.
Workplace and Maintenance customers can now more easily jump into their chosen module, make main menu selections, and access sub-menus right from our quick access navigation buttons. Customers will also enjoy a more streamlined experience when accessing ProLease on their mobile phones — with landscape and portrait orientations specifically designed for smaller screens.
In addition to these broader changes, we’re also launching the following improvements:
Maintenance customers will find it easier to open a new ticket, with a simpler design that starts small and expands as data is entered. Ticket summaries and comments can be quickly viewed by hovering over the newly designed ticket list window. Finally, maintenance customers can access advanced filtering and sorting options that can be saved as preferences for future use.
Workplace customers can now more efficiently manage moves, access floor plans, and track facility utilization. Users can also quickly access main menu items from any screen, using the new top navigation menu to immediately locate their favorite reports.
